This course is designed to focus on traits of highly effective leaders. Participants will study what is working in successful schools and how to implement these strategies.

This course will review the traits of highly effective leaders. Research based strategies that have a positive impact on school culture and student learning will be reviewed. Participants will develop an understanding of the importance of highly skilled leaders though a variety of methods and materials. Participants will learn more about classroom management, data driven instruction and leadership styles. The course will have an emphasis on leadership and learning. Included will be strategies for management, instruction, and assessment. Overall, the course will focus on strong leaders and highlight their success.
