This course will focus components in a successful classroom including organization, routines, and relationships.  Participants will review steps to creating a need-satisfying classroom for students.


This course will examine traits of productive classroom and school environments.  Participants will compare resources on creating a learning space that is conducive to success.  Both students and teachers need environments to thrive and grow.  This course will review William Glasser’s Choice Theory and how this applies to students and educators. The focus of this course will be on the practice and purpose of Teaching and Learning.  Recent research, classroom activities, resources, tools, and strategies are provided on topics including behavior, communication, parenting, relationships, and social media. This course will use the resource by Apsey (2018), The Path to Serendipity.
